Enjoy the added benefit of no Cash on Delivery (COD) fee when you choose to pay with a credit card.
Cash on Delivery (COD): We understand that not all customers have access to credit cards. Therefore, we offer a Cash on Delivery option, allowing you to pay in cash directly to the delivery agent upon receiving your order.
Please note that a nominal service fee can be applied to all COD orders, regardless of the number of items.
Delivery Information
We are committed to delivering your purchases to you in a timely manner. However, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally lead to delays. These circumstances may include, but are not limited to:

- Shipping and transportation delays beyond our control

Order Processing and Discretion
JW Royal reserves the right to review and manage orders to ensure a fair and efficient shopping experience for all our customers. This includes the right to:
- Withhold or refuse to process an order
- Restrict shipping destinations
- Halt or cancel an order at our sole discretion
